•Payment data: We do not store card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways.

•Communications: Emails, WhatsApp messages, or support tickets you send us.

We use the information we collect to:

•Provide, operate, and improve the B2BCampusX platform.

•Send you account-related emails (receipts, alerts, password resets).

•Send product updates and promotional communications (you can opt out anytime).

•Respond to support queries.

•Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

•Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use student data for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (Supabase / AWS infrastructure) located in data centers with industry-standard physical and logical security controls.

We implement:

•Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

•Role-based access controls so only authorised personnel can access production data.

•Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments.

We share your data only in these limited cases:

•Service providers: Trusted vendors (hosting, payment gateways, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

We never share your student records, fee data, or institute information with any third party for commercial purposes.

B2BCampusX is a B2B platform intended for coaching institute owners and staff. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from students under the age of 13. Student data entered by institute administrators is the responsibility of the institute.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of B2BCampusX after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
