Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the B2BCampusX platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a coaching institute or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

B2BCampusX provides a cloud-based coaching institute management platform, including features for student management, batch scheduling, attendance tracking, fee collection, and analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

•You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password.

•You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

•Notify us immediately at b2bcampusx@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

•One subscription covers one coaching institute. You may not resell or sub-license access to third parties.

•Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance, as selected at checkout.

•All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

•Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

•We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email.

•Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account after a 7-day grace period.

We offer a free trial period (duration displayed on the pricing page at signup). No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Data entered during the trial is preserved if you subscribe within 14 days of trial expiry.

You agree not to:

•Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Indian law.

•Upload, transmit, or store content that is harmful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.

•Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

•Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform.

•Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam) to students or parents.

•Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into B2BCampusX ("Your Data"), including student records, fee records, and batch information.

You grant B2BCampusX a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of student data complies with applicable laws. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from students and parents to process their data through our platform.

We perform automated backups of platform data. However, you are encouraged to regularly export your data using the dashboard export feature. B2BCampusX is not liable for data loss caused by user error, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

Upon account cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

B2BCampusX and its logos, platform design, features, and content are the intellectual property of B2BCampusX and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use our brand assets, trademarks, or platform design without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B2BCampusX and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to B2BCampusX in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

•Violate these Terms.

•Fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period.

•Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Provisions that should survive termination (ownership, liability, disputes) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
