Student Guide

Everything you need to use your student portal โ€” courses, attendance, fees, and more.

Login & Access

Your institute has added you as a student. You receive a login link or your coordinator shares your credentials with you.

1

Open the portal

Visit the website your institute shared with you, or go to the B2BCampusX login page.

2

Enter your phone number

Use the mobile number your institute registered you with. This is your login ID.

3

First-time password

Your default password is shared by your institute coordinator. Change it from your profile after first login.

If you can't log in, contact your institute coordinator โ€” they can reset your access from the admin panel.

Your Dashboard

After logging in, you see your student dashboard โ€” a quick overview of everything happening with your enrollment.

What you see on the dashboard

  • Your enrolled batches and courses
  • Upcoming classes based on your batch schedule
  • Recent attendance โ€” present/absent count
  • Fee dues โ€” how much is pending
  • Latest notifications from your institute

Bookmark your dashboard URL for quick daily access.

Courses & Batches

You are enrolled in one or more batches. Each batch belongs to a course (subject).

1

View your batches

From the sidebar, go to My Courses. You see all batches you're enrolled in, with the course name and timing.

2

Check batch schedule

Each batch shows its weekly schedule โ€” which days and what time the class runs.

3

Class materials

Click on a batch to access notes, PDFs, videos, and assignments shared by your teacher.

Batch timing

  • Your batch shows the days (e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri) and time (e.g. 9:00 โ€“ 11:00 AM)
  • This is also what determines your attendance sessions
  • If you are in multiple batches, each appears separately

My Attendance

Your teacher marks attendance each day. You can view your attendance record anytime.

1

Go to Attendance

From the sidebar, click Attendance. It shows your daily attendance log.

2

Filter by date or batch

Use the date picker to see a specific date. Filter by batch if you're enrolled in multiple.

3

Attendance summary

See your total Present, Absent, and Late counts. Your attendance percentage is displayed.

If an attendance record seems wrong, contact your teacher or institute coordinator to correct it.

Attendance statuses

  • Present โ€” you were in class that day
  • Late โ€” you arrived after the session started
  • Absent โ€” no attendance recorded
  • Unmarked dates mean your teacher didn't take attendance that day

Fees & Payments

View your fee dues, payment history, and download receipts from the Fees section.

1

Go to Fees

From the sidebar, click Fees. You see all fee records for your enrollment.

2

Pending dues

Records marked Pending are amounts you still owe. Contact your institute to pay and get them marked Paid.

3

EMI installments

If you're paying in installments, each EMI appears as a separate record (e.g. EMI 1 of 6, EMI 2 of 6).

4

Payment receipt

Paid records can be downloaded as receipts from the Fees page.

Online payment is processed by your institute. Contact them if you need a receipt or have a payment dispute.

Study Materials

Your teachers share notes, PDFs, videos, assignments, and tests through the Materials section.

1

Go to Materials

From the sidebar, click Materials. Filter by type โ€” Notes, PDFs, Videos, Assignments, Tests.

2

Download notes

Click on a PDF or note to download or view it directly in your browser.

3

Watch videos

Videos open in the built-in player or link to an external video (YouTube, etc.).

4

Submit assignments

For assignments, your teacher may share a file or link. Submission instructions are included in the note.

Material types

  • Notes โ€” typed text notes from your teacher
  • PDFs โ€” downloadable document files
  • Videos โ€” recorded lectures or tutorial links
  • Assignments โ€” tasks to complete and submit
  • Tests โ€” practice papers and mock tests

Stay updated with announcements, reminders, and messages from your institute.

A bell icon in the top navigation shows unread notifications. Click to see all messages.

2

If your institute has WhatsApp enabled, you'll also get fee reminders and announcements on WhatsApp.

Fee reminders

Automatic reminders are sent when a fee is due or overdue.

Make sure your mobile number is up to date so you don't miss WhatsApp notifications. Update it with your coordinator.
